AI Revenue Engine Lead

📋 Description

• Continuously audit the revenue funnel to identify conversion gaps, bottlenecks, broken handoffs
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes, assess business impact, and prioritize the most
• Own high-priority revenue initiatives from problem definition and solution design through
• Redesign processes and workflows to improve efficiency, conversion, visibility, speed, and team
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to improve revenue performance and
• Lead the weekly revenue operating cadence, including funnel performance, forecasting, key drivers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and operating businesses, ideally in high-growth startups, strategy
• Proven track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact business problems from initial identification
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently work with data
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across
• Strong understanding of AI and automation, with the ability to identify where technology can
• Strong business judgment, high ownership, low ego, and a strong bias toward action.
