AI Services Lead - Client Services

📋 Description

• Lead activation for newly landed Anthropic-focused accounts, rapidly moving them from initial
• Own end-to-end delivery oversight for your accounts, staying close enough to identify technical and
• Build and maintain documented account plans and use-case backlogs that turn initial pilots or
• Become a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (IT and line-of-business), shaping AI and
• Partner with Anthropic’s field team and internal Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to
• Provide strategic leadership during executive meetings, QBRs, and roadmap discussions, positioning

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in a hybrid delivery/sales role within consulting or professional
• Demonstrated experience owning both delivery quality and account growth on the same engagement.
• Track record in scoping and delivering $50K–$1M services engagements.
• History building account plans and roadmaps that carry a single pilot into a broader rollout (for
