📋 Description

• Embed directly with Insurance stakeholders: investing, actuarial, ALM, portfolio management
• Build and ship AI / LLM-powered tools and workflows end-to-end: data pipelines, agents and
• Re-engineer and automate manual workflows; measure adoption and business impact, then scale what
• Integrate AI capabilities with internal data, models, and platforms — ensuring solutions are

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years building and shipping production software, ideally in a forward-deployed
• Strong, current hands-on engineering: Python and modern data tooling; practical experience with LLM
• A demonstrated record of deploying AI / automation that drove measurable business outcomes — not
• A product mindset: comfort with ambiguity, talking directly to users, and owning outcomes
• Excellent communication — able to translate fluidly between technical and business audiences.
