• Observe, document, and map business workflows, including systems, handoffs, exceptions, decision
• Identify repetitive work, process bottlenecks, legacy business problems, and opportunities to
• Determine whether each opportunity is best addressed through standard automation, LLM-assisted
• Design LLM-fed automation that can classify, summarize, extract, route, validate, or structure
• Build and configure AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations using approved platforms
• Use Power Automate and connected enterprise systems to streamline approvals, notifications, case

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM applications, and no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Ability to design LLM-fed workflows that turn unstructured inputs into reliable, reviewable
• Ability to map a business process and translate it into automation, agent, data, and testing
• Understanding of prompt design, grounding, knowledge sources, workflow orchestration
• Ability to identify when a use case requires technical engineering, security review, data
