📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day ambassador and affiliate program, including applicant review, approvals
• Identify high-performing and emerging ambassadors, support their progression through the program
• Manage the affiliate platform and maintain a single, accurate source of truth for ambassadors
• Consolidate and maintain ambassador and creator codes, eliminate duplicates and inactive records
• Own ambassador communications across onboarding, education, promotions, milestones, newsletters
• Coordinate gamified communications such as leaderboards, milestones, streaks, rewards, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate management, ambassador programs, influencer marketing, creator
• Strong operational discipline and a proven ability to execute consistently, meet deadlines
• Hands-on familiarity with affiliate and referral platforms, TikTok Shop, email marketing, and
• Strong relationship-building skills and a natural ability to host communities, remember important
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage
• Strong analytical judgment and comfort working with revenue, attribution, engagement, retention
