📋 Description

• End-to-end delivery and adaptation of regional Gathering & Culture programs.
• Own Host Check-In delivery across EMEA, APAC, AMER with quality focus.
• Lead in-region New Hire Connection programs aligning central strategy to market needs.
• Own New Hire Connection for Global Ops (Dublin, Montreal, India).
• Drive tech moments (Hackathons, Tech Days, AI Excellence Days) for key tech audiences.
• Adapt global Gathering & Culture strategy to local markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9+ years in program management, events, or employee experience.
• Strong program ownership and execution skills.
• Experience across markets and managing complexity.
• Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously and adapt to ambiguity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
