• Leading audits, risk assessments, and architecture reviews across the Americas.
• Own Americas security risk and compliance programme: policy, controls, reporting.
• Manage US GRC lead and coordinate with SecOps on incident response.
• Build relationships with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit.
• Represent security in Americas leadership forums.
• Prepare for regulator and licensing engagement and own it.

🎯 Requirements

• GRC and risk grounding; TradFi or regulated crypto a plus.
• Technical depth to discuss architecture with engineers, not just policy.
• Curious, self-directed learner; strong problem-solver, not just years.
• Confident communication with executives, auditors, and regulators.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; thrive in lean outsourcing model.
• Crypto familiarity or exposure to digital assets.
