🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in financial crime compliance or framework design.
• Experience with compliance dynamics of financial products (e.g., IBANs).
• Strong background in service-level and product-usage risk evaluation.
• Excellent strategic communication with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and compliance-as-enabler mindset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
