📋 Description

• Lead the AmpSeq programme as a strategic growth platform, driving delivery of revenue, customer
• Direct cross-functional change across NGS workflows, portal adoption, panel design, pilot
• Balance strategic programme leadership with operational issue resolution, ensuring near-term
• Partner with global Operations, Commercial, Product Development, Innovation Hub, BioIT, Quality
• Provide clear programme updates, escalation packs, decision logs, risk summaries, KPI reporting and
• Lead through direct and matrixed teams, setting expectations, assigning accountable owners

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, molecular biology, genomics, biotechnology
• Significant experience leading complex cross-functional programmes in life sciences, genomics
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic programmes with multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks
• Strong understanding of operational scale-up, customer onboarding, service delivery, supply chain
• Experience using dashboards, action logs, decision logs, risk registers and KPI reporting to drive
• Strong communication skills, including ability to simplify complex operational and technical issues
