📋 Description

• Analyze SME customer data to identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement
• Support CRM strategy development by translating customer behavior, lifecycle insights, and business
• Develop and optimize customer segmentation, campaign audiences, communication flows, and
• Define, monitor, and interpret CRM KPIs, including delivery rates, opens, clicks, conversions
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance analyses that provide reliable
• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, cohorts, conversion funnels, channels, products

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in data analytics, CRM, marketing analytics, customer intelligence, or a
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, manipulation, and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
• Ability to develop performance analyses, conversion funnels, cohort studies, customer segmentation
