🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience working with chatbots, automated customer service platforms, conversational
• Experience configuring, training, parameterizing, monitoring, and continuously improving chatbots
• Hands-on experience curating AI knowledge bases, including content organization, review
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI, with the ability to apply these
• Experience creating and optimizing conversational flows, intents, rules, prompts, and
• Ability to analyze customer conversations and operational data to identify error patterns
