📋 Description

• Act as the internal subject matter expert on Meta platforms and WhatsApp Business, supporting
• Diagnose and resolve WhatsApp Business API issues, including blocked phone numbers, messaging
• Manage and troubleshoot Meta Business Manager configurations, including user permissions, business
• Advise clients and agencies on Meta advertising campaigns, configuration requirements, platform
• Investigate technical problems, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to customers and colleagues, translating complex technical

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the WhatsApp Business API, including phone number management, message
• Practical experience with Meta Business Manager, including permissions management, business
• Knowledge of Meta advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, configuration, and platform best
• Proven experience troubleshooting technical issues, investigating root causes, and implementing
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests
