• Conduct end-to-end as-is assessments of operational processes through interviews, operational
• Map and document workflows using BPMN, identifying bottlenecks, rework, unnecessary handoffs, weak

• Build and maintain process-standardization assets, including SOPs, flowcharts, SIPOC diagrams, RACI

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Production Engineering, Business Administration
• Solid professional experience in process management and continuous improvement, covering the full
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and process-modeling tools such as Bizagi, Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or
• Practical experience applying Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen
