📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and customer research through prioritization
• Conduct interviews and research with parents, guardians, and teenagers to identify customer pain
• Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, including registration funnel conversion
• Prioritize initiatives based on data, expected impact, and clearly defined assumptions, using
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to remove
• Design and structure product experiments, including A/B tests, feature flags, and controlled

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable product management role focused on
• Experience managing products with acquisition and activation funnels, including conversion analysis
• Strong data literacy, with the ability to structure analyses, interpret funnels, challenge
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments involving areas such as legal, compliance
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in environments characterized by ambiguity
• Strong customer-centric mindset, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to
