📋 Description

• Handle and resolve medium- and high-complexity support tickets related to customer incentive
• Register, categorize, prioritize, and monitor support requests, ensuring timely responses
• Extract, process, combine, and analyze data from different platforms to support operational
• Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, ensuring information
• Verify data integrity and consistency, identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and
• Work closely with Campaigns and Mechanics teams to review calculations, validate campaign outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical issues involving software systems and
• Practical knowledge of Excel and SQL for extracting, processing, combining, and validating datasets.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar business
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems, including request classification, prioritization
