📋 Description

• Review and evaluate new business and renewal submissions for acceptability and alignment with
• Analyze insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on available products
• Research agency, carrier, and market information to support informed underwriting and brokerage
• Negotiate coverage terms and requirements with precision and issue accurate quotes and bind
• Gather, organize, and maintain complete underwriting files and ensure documentation meets
• Ensure compliance with state-specific insurance regulations and surplus lines requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines licenses, or the ability to obtain the required
• At least 2 years of related insurance experience is preferred; an undergraduate degree may be
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Commercial Lines insurance experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend appropriate solutions to insurance needs.
• Working knowledge of state-specific brokerage requirements and applicable insurance laws and
