📋 Description

Own and monitor OMS support; escalate issues.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years in business ops/automation or related field.
Strong analytical skills; identify patterns from data.
Experience with OMS and revenue optimization in advertising.
UAT and training facilitation experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication; document processes.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
