📋 Description

• Support research, analysis and coordination for strategic initiatives and Investments leadership
• Build and maintain Excel analyses and financial models, track business metrics and summarize
• Assist with business planning, reporting and preparation of materials for Investments leadership
• Help prepare materials and coordinate follow-ups for deal review and investment committee processes
• Coordinate agendas, materials, action items and follow-ups for investment committees and team
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, junior talent programs and other team initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in financial services; second- or third-year analysts and
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with financial
• Interest in using AI-powered tools thoughtfully to improve productivity and quality of work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex topics for different
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, strong organization and willingness to take feedback
