Analyst, Commercial Special Servicing Support

📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day activities associated with an assigned portfolio of non-performing commercial
• Review loan accounting and prepare or verify calculations related to legal demands, advances
• Manage inbound borrower and internal correspondence, responding appropriately and escalating issues
• Review property valuation reports, inspections, operating statements, rent rolls, and other
• Review commercial loan documents, servicing agreements, borrower requirements, and loan covenants
• Monitor property tax and insurance status across assigned collateral and identify potential issues

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with defaulted commercial loans or in a closely related
• Demonstrated understanding of commercial loan documentation, including interest accruals, taxes
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan covenants and covenant compliance
• Experience interpreting commercial real estate operating information, including rent rolls, income
• Ability to analyze collateral information, valuation reports, property inspections, and market data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with
