Analyst, Compensation and People Operations

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of the company's compensation strategy, including base
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices, and
• Support the implementation and management of a new compensation system
• Support the annual compensation planning process, including data collection, analysis, and
• Partner with the People and Finance teams to prepare accurate compensation budgets and forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• A demonstrated passion for, or commitment to, our mission
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Ideally 2+ years of compensation experience in broad-based compensation, compensation consulting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data and
• Proficient in using compensation benchmarking tools, HRIS systems, and strong aptitude in Microsoft
• Clear and confident presentation skills; capable of conveying complex concepts across stakeholder
