• Conduct structured web and open-source research to identify and validate professional contacts
• Confirm that contacts are associated with the correct business and D-U-N-S record using approved
• Assess whether professional roles and contact details are current, complete, and supported by
• Create, update, invalidate, or route contact records in accordance with GPD research guidelines
• Document sources, research rationale, and disposition clearly so that decisions are traceable and
