📋 Description

Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing/lab IT systems
Triage incidents and service requests, troubleshoot and coordinate vendors
Plan and execute system changes, upgrades, and patches
Maintain system documentation (SOPs, work instructions, etc.)
Support computer system validation and qualification activities
Administer system access and periodic access reviews

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Automation or related
Experience supporting computerized systems in regulated manufacturing/lab environment
Knowledge of MES, ERP/SAP, data historians, LIMS, instrument software, databases, Windows servers
Computer system validation, data integrity, access management, backup/restore, change control
Incident/problem management and disaster recovery
GxP knowledge
