Organizes and conducts routine analyses independently and in compliance with methods, protocols
Documents work and maintains study documentation and laboratory records
Performs peer review and QC review of data
Leads process improvement initiatives and trains less experienced staff
Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment
Identifies problems and implements solutions with appropriate actions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Laboratory experience may substitute for degree)
May work with potentially hazardous substances and/or radioactive materials
Mandatory immunizations and screening as required
Understand handling of hazardous wastes; on-the-job training provided
Exposure to food allergens; PPE required; standing/sitting for long periods
Overtime and weekend work as required
