Anaplan Developer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for Territory, Quota, and Incentive Management
• Lead end-to-end model builds: requirements, design, development, UAT, training, support
• Utilize Anaplan architecture best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance)
• Improve models for performance, usability, auditability, and long-term scalability
• Identify feature gaps or process inefficiencies within the sales planning
• Partner with IT and data teams to design governed integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions
• Prior experience in sales operations, finance, business systems, or related field
• Proven track record as a Product Owner and/or Developer for complex business systems
• Deep expertise in Anaplan best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance)
• Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP)
• Proficiency in SQL
