🎯 Requirements

• Professor in a quantitative discipline, technical founder, or staff-level engineer
• Motivated by making sure AI is safe and beneficial for society
• Excited to transition to empirical AI research full-time
• Ability to implement ideas quickly and communicate clearly
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional
