APAC Controller & Vertical Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end APAC finance operations incl. month-end and year-end close.
• Oversee bank, asset, intercompany, AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, provisions, and invoices.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely regulatory, statutory, tax, and compliance filings.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with banks, vendors, auditors, and tax advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related; CPA/CA/ACCA/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance incl controllership, accounting, FP&A, and audit.
• Experience as Finance Manager/Controller in multinational tech/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, tax, and close.
• Experience managing APAC finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on ERP, consolidation, and FP&A systems.
