📋 Description

  • Identify, prioritise, and close new APAC partners across multiple motions.
  • Build and maintain a regional partner pipeline across all functions.
  • Localise and activate partnerships for APAC, incl. enablement.
  • Ensure partner programs translate to APAC customers and startups.
  • Translate global strategy into regional execution with function leads.
  • Represent Supabase at APAC partner and developer events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years in APAC partnerships or BD.
  • Experience across tech integrations, SI, and startups.
  • Experience building regional functions in other regions.
  • Strong commercial judgement across varied partner types.
  • Comfortable working across significant timezone gaps.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
