🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally within

• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop a diverse group of team members.
• Experience using sales processes, goals, and performance metrics to drive results.
• A general understanding of financials, budgets, and business performance.
