🎯 Requirements

• Proven success leading a multifamily community or customer-focused business with responsibility for
• 4+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through coaching
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue growth, and achieving
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting resident
• Results-driven leader who leverages sales strategies, performance metrics, and market insights to
