• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team, creating a culture of

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, asset management, property management
• 2+ years of leadership experience in property management, with demonstrated success leading and
• Experience leading teams in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and develop team members while driving accountability
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, revenue, expenses, and operational goals.
• Demonstrated ability to use sales processes, performance metrics, and business insights to drive
