🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in multifamily housing, facilities management
• Proven success leading and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building
• Experience managing vendors, preventative maintenance programs, apartment turns, and operating
• Reliable transportation.
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to support emergency maintenance needs.

🎁 Benefits

• Expected pay rate of $80,000-$93,000 annually + 15% target bonus.
