📋 Description

• Lead and manage resources across complex Appian software development projects, ensuring effective
• Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and
• Provide technical leadership across Appian architecture, development, process modeling, user
• Lead requirement discovery and apply BPM best practices to the design and development of enterprise
• Guide development teams in building, reviewing, and deploying high-quality Appian applications and
• Evaluate Appian objects, pull requests, and technical changes in the context of the broader

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience working on Appian development engagements.
• 4–5 years of experience leading Appian software development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant
• Demonstrated experience with database technologies and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Appian development, BPM best practices, process modeling, user interface
