📋 Description

• Educate, train, and provide on-site guidance to physicians and hospital personnel
• Perform new system installations and software updates
• Communicate effectively with customers to troubleshoot issues
• Demonstrate organizational and planning skills, including task prioritization and time management
• Initiate upgrade projects and sell service contracts to existing customers
• Monitor and promote customer usage of products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering/Technology, Medical Technology, or related field, or
• Experience in digitalization of video/data flows, PACS, Vendor-neutral archives, and HIS systems in
• Self-planning, organization, and implementation of service activities
• Knowledge of IT networks and server environments
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually
• Good sense of humor
