📋 Description

Field inbound customer inquiries via chat and email
Conduct hands-on investigations into connectivity and platform issues
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product to resolve issues
Support on-premise and cloud/hybrid deployments
Join calls as technical representative for enterprise IT teams
Based in NYC; three days in the office each week

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in technical or application support
Linux fundamentals and log analysis
Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, NAT
SSH and VPN setup/troubleshooting
Comfortable with L1 support and deep technical investigations
Strong written and spoken English; willing to travel occasionally
