Applied AI Architect, Beneficial Deployments (Global & Public Health)

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical advisor to a portfolio of health partners from discovery through
• Design and demo solutions with Claude, the API, Claude Science and Claude Code across surveillance
• Guide partners through security review, data governance and procurement, from national agencies to
• Run workshops, trainings and tabletop exercises that build AI fluency across partner teams.
• Build reusable assets (reference designs, connectors, prompt and eval templates) so one partner's
• Spot patterns across partners, bring field insight back to Product and Research, and help partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, sales engineering
• Experience working with public health agencies, ministries of health, global health or humanitarian
• A track record of making technology stick inside slow-moving organizations with many stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs: you can prototype a working demo. You don't need to
• Clear written and spoken communication across a broad audience. The ability to explain technical
• Patience with long buying cycles, a knack for knowing how to make them go smoothly, and real care
