📋 Description

• Own the most strategic engagements, leading full-scale AI transformation programmes for large and
• Set direction with the C-suite, working with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs to shape AI strategy and secure
• Transform whole organisations, guiding customers through AI-native transformation at scale.
• Act as a genuine AI visionary, anticipating future technology and business trends.
• Help shape full transformation deals, define value measurement, and protect trust.
• Lead and mentor Applied AI Consultants and senior hires, building playbooks and IP.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years in senior engineering leadership as CTO, founder, or senior technical leader.
• Personal experience leading organisation-wide AI-native transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Track record operating at C-suite level with CEOs, CTOs, and executives.
• Deep, current AI engineering expertise: production LLM and agent experience, evaluation frameworks
• Experience shaping or building AI solutions and intelligent applications.
• Strong programming fundamentals and hands-on depth credible with architects.
