Applied Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with GTM team to deploy ML solutions.
• Build and present PoCs showcasing AI capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI apps for customers.
• Contribute features and fixes to the internal ML platform.
• Integrate and enable new ML models on the platform or client env.
• Improve performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering with customer-facing experience.
• Strong Python coding skills.
• Proven ability to lead and execute complex technical projects with customer success.
• Hands-on ML model fine-tuning (SFT/RLHF).
• Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related; startup/fast-paced experience preferred.
