📋 Description

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day, with top performers expected to exceed this benchmark.
• Engage prospects confidently over the phone and create productive conversations with founders and

• Book a minimum of 7 qualified appointments per week, with 15+ appointments representing strong
• Maintain a show rate of at least 70% by setting clear expectations and effectively confirming
• Personally manage appointment confirmations and follow up with prospects ahead of scheduled

🎯 Requirements

• Previous appointment-setting experience with at least 50 appointments booked, or demonstrated sales
• Strong motivation to achieve a high income through consistent sales performance.
• Excellent spoken English, with confidence and communication skills required for phone-based work.
• Ability to work full-time during EST hours.
• Strong phone-based sales, qualification, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
• High personal accountability, resilience, discipline, and consistency.
