AR Cash App Associate II

📋 Description

• Timely and accurate processing of assigned receipts (lockbox, OTC, credit cards, etc.) within the
• Answer incoming phone calls, assist clients with basic to moderate/high-level questions and take
• Mail checks received in the office directly to the lockbox for processing. Approx. 5%.
• Process manual adjustments to client accounts including bad debt write-offs, miscellaneous
• Perform basic account reconciliations without assistance. Approx. 5%.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Approx. 5%.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree minimum
• 1-2 years business-to-business cash applications in a high-volume/high-transaction environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong Windows-based computer skills (Outlook, Internet Explorer)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills including clear and effective written and verbal communication
