📋 Description

• Initial setup and customization of an ArcGIS-based GIS application for digital network
• Configuration of the GIS application to record and manage electronic switching states within the
• Migration and integration of existing geographic and network-related data into the new system.
• Development and delivery of training materials for end users on the use of the GIS application.
• Design and execution of requirements-based and functional tests to ensure compliance with
• Creation and continuous maintenance of technical documentation, user manuals, and configuration

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge and practical experience with ArcGIS platforms, particularly in the configuration
• Experience with digital network documentation and handling switching-state data within utility
• Knowledge of data migration and integration of existing data into new GIS systems.
• Experience in conducting user training and providing end-user support.
• Familiarity with requirements and test management processes.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensible technical documentation and user manuals.
