Architectural BIM Coordination Manager

📋 Description

• Federate, review, and coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP/FP models systems
• Conduct comprehensive clash audits, chair technical coordination meetings with discipline leads
• Review contractor shop drawings and submittals for alignment with design intent, contract
• Ensure project models strictly conform to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP/BxP) and public
• Maintain model accuracy across revision milestones, tracking RFIs, design updates, bulletins, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, VDC/BIM coordination, and
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage (Clash Detective, TimeLiner)
• In-depth knowledge of architectural building components, including building envelope assemblies
• Demonstrated experience working on New York City public agency projects (NYC SCA, DDC, DCAS, NYCHA
• Preference will be given to candidates with New York Registered Architect licensure.
• Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit/Navisworks) or CM-BIM credentials are also preferred.
