📋 Description

• Lead and mentor first-line supervisors across multiple program sites
• Drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Strengthen relationships with individuals served, their families and guardians, with your
• Oversee compliance with all licensing, certification, contractual, and regulatory standards
• Manage program financial performance, including budgeting, occupancy, utilization, and overall
• Partner with senior leadership to execute growth strategies, expand services, and support business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field required (Psychology, Applied Behavior
• Master's degree is preferred
• 5 years of management experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in human services
• Demonstrated financial management and budgeting experience
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations, including Title 17 and Title 22
• Strong preference given to candidates with experience in Adult Day Programs, knowledge of
