🎯 Requirements

  • Prior supervisory or management experience in residential or human services settings.
  • Valid driver's license with driving record meeting agency insurance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.

🎁 Benefits

  • Compensation: $58,900 Fixed Annual Rate
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST with on-call responsibilities
  • Travel: Approximately 50% travel throughout Lafayette and Kokomo areas
