Area Manager

📋 Description

• Manage daily operations of multiple residential homes within assigned region, ensuring compliance
• Supervise, coach, and support residential program staff, promoting accountability, professional
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training initiatives across assigned programs.
• Monitor staffing trends, program performance, and operational needs while participating in on-call
• Promote individual choice, independence, and person-centered planning for program participants.
• Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and licensing reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Sociology
• 2-3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Prior supervisory or management experience in residential or human services settings.
• Valid driver's license with driving record meeting agency insurance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $58,900 Fixed Annual Rate
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST with on-call responsibilities
• Travel: Approximately 50% travel throughout Lafayette and Kokomo areas
