🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
  • 2-3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Prior supervisory or management experience within residential or human services settings
  • Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements

🎁 Benefits

  • Compensation: $58,900 Fixed Annual Rate
