📋 Description

• Grow Merchant Lending penetration and overall credit distribution in the assigned geography.
• Drive visibility & deployment of lending products—Merchant Loans, BNPL, QR-linked credit
• Lead cross-sell of financial products like Gold SIP, Insurance, and other merchant financial tools
• Identify, recruit, and manage a strong field sales team to accelerate lending acquisition and
• Define market size, span, funnel metrics, and territories for Team Leads to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure seamless communication of plans/targets, minimising expectation vs delivery gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Sales Leader & People Manager
• Experience in merchant lending or credit distribution
• Strong field sales team management and people leadership skills
• Ability to define market, territories, and funnel metrics
• Good communication and planning skills
• Understanding of portfolio quality, compliance, and audit processes
