Art Director

📋 Description

• Concept, ideate, and brainstorm creative campaigns with other team members.
• Execute and produce final creative assets like digital ads, video content, OOH, and more.
• Participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person), present your own work, and listen to and
• Contribute to the design of presentation decks and key visuals.
• Provide an art director’s POV and guidance during the internal and external production of video
• Organize and manage creative product in collaboration with Project Managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years experience working at an agency or in-house creative services team with a
• Must be a conceptual thinker with the ability to partner with a copywriter to come up with creative
• Must have a strong design sensibility, with knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and
• Must be able to provide multiple iterations quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must have a collaborative and curious mindset, with the ability to accept and receive constructive
• Must demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and listening abilities.
