🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong focus on campaigns and art direction
• Experience operating at a staff or ACD level, leading creative direction for high-impact work
• Proven ability to take campaigns from zero to one, from concept through execution
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and storytelling, art direction across
• Strong communication skills. You can clearly articulate creative rationale, lead brainstorms, and
• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
