📋 Description

• Use data and strategy to hit shrinkage goals in your store.
• Partner with the store team to handle emergencies.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and loss-related issues.
• Use CCTV and surveillance to monitor activity and safety.
• Analyze footage and gather evidence to support investigations.
• Perform RFID-based item-level checks to catch top loss items.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations in retail
• Proficiency with surveillance systems and investigative tools
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and RFID/Shopify
• Ability to travel within market as required
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
