Assistant Clinical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Support Clinical Project Managers with day-to-day administration and coordination of imaging
• Develop, maintain, review, and distribute study documentation, project materials, presentations
• Participate in project meetings, sponsor calls, training sessions, and cross-functional
• Review study protocols to understand project requirements, timelines, imaging deliverables, and
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the timely completion of study milestones, deliverables
• Support study startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities throughout the project

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical
• Experience supporting project teams, clinical operations, study management, or customer-facing
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes, medical imaging studies, or regulated clinical research
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
