Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Direct, plan and control the Financial, Cost Accounting and Compliance activities for AbbVie's
• Provide financial leadership, business expertise, guidance, and support to the AP16 Site Director
• Drive the completion of the annual plan, update, long-range plans, and latest-best-estimates for
• Deliver timely and accurate requirements, presentations, and financial results
• Summarize key financial highlights and metrics for the Management team
• Seek out cost opportunities and assist in managing the organization in achieving optimal financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred
• 7 plus years of relevant finance experience; cost accounting experience preferred
• 3 plus years supervisory experience
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent analytical skills and independent judgment
• Excellent leadership skills
